When you register or enquire, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, and optional information about your project such as what you are planning, property type, timeline, budget and categories of interest. For exhibitor, sponsor and partner enquiries we also collect company and business details. We record which post or source brought you to us, and the date of your submission.
We use your information to understand what you are looking for, connect you with relevant exhibitors, sponsors and experts at HomeExpo, send you event updates and planning resources, and improve the event. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited details with exhibitors or partners only where relevant to a request you have made, and with service providers who help us run the event and communicate with you. They are required to protect your information.
By registering, you agree to receive updates from HomeExpo and VertexGrid via email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
